The IPL light is attracted to the melanin in the hair shaft, overheating the hair root and leading to its destruction. The darker the hair color, the more effective the epilation will be. During the treatment, it is forbidden to pull out hairs, but the use of a razor blade or depilatory creams is allowed, if necessary. The procedure is performed on clean (washed and dry) skin.
